What you are consenting to

Our callback form has one consent checkbox. Ticking it means: you agree that Asphalt Paving Baton Rouge may call you at the number you provided, about the request you sent. We do not send text messages. A purchase is never required, and consent is never a condition of getting a price.

What we will not do with your number

Your consent covers your enquiry to us. It does not sign you up to marketing lists, and we do not pass your number to other companies for their marketing. See the Privacy Policy and the Do Not Sell or Share page.

How to stop calls

Tell us on any call, or email contact@asphaltpavingbatonrouge.com with the number you want removed, and we stop calling it.

Changing your mind later

Consent is yours to withdraw at any time, and declining calls does not stop email replies. Withdrawing consent never affects the price you are quoted.

Recorded calls

Calls to and from (225) 338-4482 may be recorded so the details of your request — measurements, address, scope — are kept accurately for the follow-up and for the written quote you receive afterwards.
